The effect of dexmedetomidine compound nicardipine in transnasal endoscopic pituitary tumor resection

Objective: To compare the effect of dexmedetodeidine and nicardipine alone in transnasal endoscopic pituitary tumor resection, to find a more suitable controlled antihypertensive regimen. Methods: 40 patients under elective general anesthesia (ASA grade I I) were randomly divided into group (N group) dexmedetomidine + (D 0 group), 2 N group). It was same, before initiation (T0), 10min after pumping (T1), 20min (T2), 30min later (T3), stopping (T4), (T5), heart rate. Surgical field quality score, bleeding volume, propofol, remifentanil, dosage, respiratory recovery time, extubation adverse effects recorded. Results: At time (T4) MAP value DN significantly lower than that group, difference statistically significant (P <0.05).At three moments stop (T3) HR T, <0.05). Both achieved good surgical field, with no differences depth, operation (P> 0.05); shorter <0.05).The incidence reactions chills agitation higher statistical <0.05).Conclusion: separate application resection is positive, but compound this operation, can reduce remifentanil anesthetic rate stable, also postoperative chills, agitation, nicotinate usual better.
